I think these teams are pretty evenly matched in terms of player talent and both coaches are talented as well but I'll go with the Patriots because I think their staff has the edge due to Vrabel and McDaniels experience.

Vrabel has been great at game management and handling a gauntlet of tough defenses this playoffs. The Seahawks, OTOH, have beaten up an injury riddled 49ers and nearly gave away the Rams game numerous times.

@iEatCrayons It seemed like Hurts was just improvising out there at times due to bad play calling. Game plan was right to lean on the run but when they had to pass they looked lost. Patullo is definitely gone the offseason. 0 0

@Mr. Bitter I get the concern but the Jaguars run defense is legit because of Devin Lloyd and the Bills have been a more run-oriented team this season. The Bills receivers vs Jaguars secondary is a wash. The main reason for optimism with the Jaguars is Liam Coen. The team has fully bought in to him and he has looked like a smart coach so far. 0 0

Frankly the Deion-coached players need to be red flagged because of his potential meddling and distraction. Deion could easily become Lavar Ball 2.0. Hunter might be too talented to pass on but I don't think Shedeur is talented enough to risk it. 0 1

I don't get the Will Campbell over Kelvin Banks idea. Banks is the clear superior not only in technique but strength and measurables. Banks was one of the very few AP unanimous All-Americans for good reason. He could easily play well anywhere but Center on the OL and looks like one of the safest picks. 1 0

I'm not as concerned about the Jurgens injury since Dickerson was a top center in college and could easily slide over to take his spot and the loss of Daron Payne negates the Commanders advantage anyway.

For the Commanders, however, the injury to Cosmi is brutal since it kills a potential advantage they might've had with Nakobe Dean being out. Jayden Daniels will be forced into passing from the pocket a lot where he'll have to deal with Jalen Carter vs a backup guard.

I have the strongest confidence in Ravens over Bills. John Harbaugh absolutely owns Josh Allen. Take a look at Allen's passer ratings in his 5 career games against the Ravens:

73.9

64.8;

62.6

Rushing numbers aren't any better. He has only 21, 70, 9, 3, and 26 yds with only 1 TD run in those meetings. He doesn't even look like a pro QB against the Ravens.

The only times the Bills have beaten them in the past is when the Ravens lacked the offense. That won't be the case this time. Furthermore, the Ravens have the matchup advantage in rough weather since they have both a dominant run offense and defense.

The Rams have a number of things in their favor. McVay has developed a rep as a strong playoff performer as he's 7-4 and been to two SBs. The Rams pass rush matches up perfectly with the Vikings weaknesses on their OL and Darnold struggling under pressure. Also, even though LA is not known as a great fanbase, the Rams could be motivated to lift the area's spirits due to the fires. 1 0

@Mr. Bitter Even though I agree the Ravens are the favorites, the Steelers might be playing for Tomlin's job. Even though he's clearly a mediocre coach he's still loved by the players, particularly the veterans on that team. That might catch the Ravens off guard. 0 0

I just don't see it with Milroe. Seems like a lot of pundits are reaching because this is a weak QB class. At best he looks like a backup for offenses that utilize a dual-threat QB. I know Jalen Hurts had a similar profile but that's a huge risk in the early rounds for a guy like that and Milroe hasn't even shown any improvement over the years. 0 0

I'm torn on Caleb Williams. There's no doubt his skill set is tremendous but there was some concerning behavior from him this season when things weren't going right for USC and he struggled against good defenses. Maybe it's just rumors but the pre-draft interviews are going to be critical for him. 1 0

The only chance the 49ers have to win is if they pound away with McCaffrey on the ground, otherwise the 49ers have little chance. That said, Shanahan has a growing track record of giving up on the run at inexplicable times, especially in the postseason. Combine that with the fact that nobody has been able to bring down Mahomes consistently all season (I don't see the 49ers being able to change that) and you have a recipe for another Chiefs win.

I'm also really concerned about Jayden Daniels' body and injuries being a major problem in the NFL. To compound that issue he runs a lot and tries to run through defenders frequently. Andrew Luck did this a lot but was 30+ lbs heavier and still had recurring injuries. I think the skills are there but any team that drafts him has to get him to bulk up and teach him to take the slide more often before he takes over the starting role.

The addition of Darrell Bevell as OC should really improve the offense and especially Stafford, considering the work he did with Russell Wilson. 1 1
